Business Reviews

To qualify, a business review must be scheduled through the designated portal. A-Bucks for the completion of the review will be awarded only after the meeting has successfully concluded. Business reviews are limited to one per quarter, ensuring meaningful and focused discussions on business performance and growth opportunities. Resellers are encouraged to book these reviews in advance to secure their participation in the incentive program.

Customer Introductions

To qualify for the incentive, customer introductions must be scheduled through the designated portal. A-Bucks for the completion of the Teams meeting will be awarded only after the meeting has concluded. Customer introductions are based on the company name, not individual contacts within the same organization; for example, three contacts from a single company will count as one introduction. Additionally, the job role of the customer contact must be relevant to procuring or making decisions on IT projects to ensure meaningful engagement and alignment with business objectives.

Deal Registration

Resellers are encouraged to submit deal registrations as soon as they become aware of a project to secure additional discounts and margin protection. Device projects that do not include product quotes qualify, provided they have a timescale of at least six months. Points for the incentive will be awarded once ALOGIC approves the deal registration. To qualify, the deal must not be previously registered by another reseller. Upon approval, resellers will be protected for all registered opportunities, ensuring that where ALOGIC is introduced to your customers, your engagement is safeguarded, and your efforts are recognised.

All A-Bucks will be awarded upon the approval of the deal registration by ALOGIC.

Deal Quotations

When you request a quote through the designated portal, you will receive a detailed quote directly from your chosen distribution Partner. All A-Bucks will be awarded to the reseller contact associated with the request. Volume-based discounts will be applied automatically, and if a deal registration was previously approved, the corresponding discount will also be included in the quote, ensuring margin and deal protection.

All A-Bucks will be awarded upon the approval of the deal registration by ALOGIC.

Personal Data Consent

The registering Reseller contact hereby agrees to opt-in and provide Alogic with Participant’s necessary personally identifiable information in registering for the incentive, receiving further information from Alogic as part of the incentive and general promotions content.

General Terms & Conditions

Alogic shall have the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time for any reason and without notice, including if in our opinion any fraud, technical failure or other factor beyond our control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. Alogic reserve the right to cancel this Promotion prior to the end of the Promotional Period. Alogic reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions, the Alogic Code of Conduct, or to be acting in a disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion. Prize Conditions - Tax Paid

This is transacted by a Tax Award Scheme, also known as Incentive Award Schemes. These are a way of rewarding or incentivising other people’s employees (third parties) or in some cases own employees with awards such as vouchers, merchandise or holidays. The schemes can vary from incentives based on sales targets to national promotions.

When a company provides an award to employees of another company, the provider becomes liable to pay Class 1A NIC on the value of the benefit provided.

The provider can enter into a voluntary arrangement where they can pay tax on the awards provided to an individual, therefore leaving them ‘free of tax’.

However, it should be noted that if a provider pays Class 1A NIC and, for example, Basic Rate Tax on behalf of all recipients and the individual who receives the award is a Higher Rate taxpayer, it is the individuals responsibility to declare the difference on their Tax Returns.

The provider should give the individual a certificate when the award is given stating exactly what has been paid and advising the individual that if they need to declare any difference, it is their responsibility to do so.
